Paralegal - case preparation (Knoxville, TN)

Summit Quill Legal Group is looking for a Paralegal. The job centres on case preparation for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
