Paralegal - case preparation (Knoxville, TN)

Greenridge Cross Legal Group is a Knoxville practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Paralegal to lead our case preparation. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
