Paralegal - case preparation (Kansas City, MO)

Bluepeak Umber Legal Group is a law firm in Kansas City serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Paralegal to lead our case preparation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
