Paralegal - case preparation (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Forge Legal Group is looking for a Paralegal. The job centres on case preparation for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
