Paralegal - case preparation (Cincinnati, OH)

Lumen Cedar Legal Group is looking for a Paralegal. The job centres on case preparation for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with trust accounts.
