Paralegal - case preparation (Cincinnati, OH)

Clearpath Linden Legal Group is a law firm in Cincinnati serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Paralegal to lead our case preparation. You would join a large organisation of about 794 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
