Paralegal - case preparation (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Basin Legal Group and adding a Paralegal whose main responsibility will be case preparation. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
