Paralegal - case preparation (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Basin Legal Group and adding a Paralegal whose main responsibility will be case preparation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
