Paralegal - case preparation (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Rowan Legal Group and adding a Paralegal whose main responsibility will be case preparation. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
