Paralegal - case preparation (Boston, MA)

Foxglove Drift Legal Group is a law firm in Boston serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Paralegal to lead our case preparation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
