Paralegal - case preparation (Boston, MA)

Stonegate Juniper Legal Group provides legal services in Boston across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Paralegal to lead our case preparation. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in Boston. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
