Paralegal - case preparation (Baltimore, MD)

Foxglove Orchard Legal Group is a law firm in Baltimore serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Paralegal to lead our case preparation. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
