Paralegal - case preparation (Anchorage, AK)

Harborlight Clear Legal Group is a Anchorage practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on case preparation. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
