Operations Manager - vendor management (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Glen Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Wichita, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
