Operations Manager - vendor management (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Pine Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would join a large organisation of about 666 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
