Operations Manager - vendor management (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Union Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Tulsa. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
