Operations Manager - vendor management (Tulsa, OK)

Westbrook Ember Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Tulsa, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 128 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for pipe repairs and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
