Operations Manager - vendor management (Tulsa, OK)

Harborlight Fern Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Tulsa region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Track performance measures for harvest schedules and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
