Operations Manager - vendor management (St. Louis, MO)

Foxglove Haven Water Authority Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for pipe repairs and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with water quality.
