Operations Manager - vendor management (St. Louis, MO)

Silverline Harbor Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around St. Louis, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
