Operations Manager - vendor management (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cross Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
