Operations Manager - vendor management (Spokane, WA)

Westbrook Union Facilities is a facilities company in Spokane with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
