Operations Manager - vendor management (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Bright Ashton Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
