Operations Manager - vendor management (Savannah, GA)

Fernwood Linden Facilities is a facilities company in Savannah with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
