Operations Manager - vendor management (Savannah, GA)

Harborlight Wren Energy is an energy provider in Savannah focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
