Operations Manager - vendor management (Savannah, GA)

Rivermark Basin Facilities Partners is a facilities company in Savannah with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
