Operations Manager - vendor management (Savannah, GA)

Nova Glen Facilities looks after properties across the Savannah region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
