Operations Manager - vendor management (San Antonio, TX)

Bright Fern Energy delivers power and gas plans across the San Antonio region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
