Operations Manager - vendor management (San Antonio, TX)

Greenridge Stone Farms Group is an agricultural business based around San Antonio, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for harvest schedules and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
