Operations Manager - vendor management (Salt Lake City, UT)

Silverline Linden Foods is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for cold storage and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
