Operations Manager - vendor management (Sacramento, CA)

Silverline Willow Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Sacramento region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would join a large organisation of about 980 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Track performance measures for subcontractor invoices and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
