Operations Manager - vendor management (Sacramento, CA)

Stonegate Quill Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
