Operations Manager - vendor management (Reno, NV)

Lumen Bridge Energy Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Reno. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with usage data.
