Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Cedar Birch Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around San Diego, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
