Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Cedar Hollow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Savannah. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
