Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Drift Foods Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for ingredient orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
