Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Ironwood Pike Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
