Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Westbrook Keystone Energy Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
