Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Nova Maple Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
