Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Harborlight Lakeside Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Charlotte region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
