Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Greenridge Linden Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
