Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Greenridge Wren Energy is an energy provider in Savannah focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
