Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Bridge Farms and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for cold storage and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
