Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Greenridge Bridge Environmental Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for fleet maintenance and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
