Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Westbrook Umber Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Denver, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
