Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Stonegate West Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for hardship programmes and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with outage response.
