Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Keystone Farms and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for packing house output and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
