Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Rivermark Rowan Farms Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
