Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Rivermark Junction Manufacturing is a Denver manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for tooling and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
