Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Westbrook Summit Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Tampa. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
